Description
Helichrysum italicum ‘nana’ This guy is alot like it’s big brother, which is the full size Curry, only smaller…hence the name dwarf..not to be confused with the seven other guys,
but I hear tell they are originally from the same forest. But I digress.. the flowers and leaves are the same just smaller. It blooms from late summer to early fall. The fragrance of the leaves is of curry. The flavor is bitter and it is not commonly used for cooking. The dwarf curry can be used for bonsai or topiary.
